Casa Rosa is in the historical centre of Siracusa, 2 minutes from the island of Ortygia, 15 minutes from the archaological sites.In a good shopping area with lots of entertainment facilities. The flat is in a 1918 building a few steps from the old Greek harbour. The balcony looks on to the sea. The flat is made up of a hall area, a kitchen area, a sitting room with double-bed settee and shower room/toilet all on the first floor. Upstairs in the mezzanine there is a double bedroom.
