Built in april 2005, the block has a surface of 7000 metres. It has 7 new Dammusi plus a restaured ancient Dammuso. The new Dammusi have been built with the same technique as the old one: they all have real vaults and are coured with stone. The country forniture and the coloured walls make the whole enviroment a joyful one. A restaured old Dammuso stands like a frame for the village. All the Dammusi have 1 bedroom, big bath room (5 with bath-tub), livingroom with sofa couch and small kitchen. 2 of these flats are available for handicapped people. All the Dammusi have dishwasher, washing-machine, hairdriver, TV SAT, balcony where it is possible to have dinner. Every Dammuso has its own private garden. With large parking available.
