The flat itself is on the first floor of a new three story block of flats (12 in all) it has one double bed at the moment but 2 singles could easily be added. It is fully furnished. Has a kitchen and shower. It has air conditioning and heating. A 32� television and electric blinds.It has a wonderful view towards Vesuvius and parking in the downstairs� garage can be arranged. It is near the metro and on the main bus route to the centre but at the same time its in a quiet area. There is use of the terrace and swimming pool on the roof garden and evening meals can be arranged. I am English so there will be no language barriers and there is also a supermarket under the flat.
