Our holiday domicile FONTANA CALDA is situated at the bottom of SAN CALOGERO mountain, which is very famous all over the world due to its natural vapour bath grottoes, good for rheumatism and neuralgia therapy. Our estate is about 4 km from the town centre of SCIACCA and also from the sea, situated in a rural and very peaceful idyll of about 50,000 square meters in the middle of a grove of olive trees. Our oldest olive tree has about 2000 years!! In our large villa, we live in the ground floor: my husband Massimo, Sicilian (a very simpatico one), our son David, 1/3 German + 2/3 Sicilian (that's what he says) and last but non least me, Doris, German (who is living here in Sicily for more than 10 years). Part of our family is also Rubbia, our lovely dog and our cats Chip & Chop. The four new (June 2004), nice and cosy apartments are situated on the first floor (mansard). All units are fully equipped with SAT-TV, Hi-Fi, fridge, toaster, heating, air condition, standing fans, linen and towels weekly change, our Olive Oil extra vergine during your stay, garden furniture (sunshade, chairs, table, storm lantern, candels), clotheshorse etc. All our guests can use the washing machine, the iron and ironing board, and our internet to check or send emails (+ wireless Internet access). Happy to announce that our apartments now has Wifi, so bring your own laptop and surf the internet at top-speed. Free parking. Arrival can be any day of the week. Minimum stay is one night.
